Hello on two talk show, a Live Broadcasted TV program on TV2 (Malaysia) interviewed Randy Chuah, President of the Malaysian Tarantula Society, regarding the society, enthusiasm and the tarantulas'.

Shortly after MTS was featured in the NST papers, a representative from TV2, a Malaysian Broadcasting Company, called up MTS to arrange for an interview session. The interview took place at two different locations. The first session would be mainly filming MTS's outting event, interviewing some of MTS members, and the second session would be an interview with MTS President Randy Chuah. The first session interview was held in Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya SS15 at AsiaCafe on the 1st of September 2007 and it started at 12:00pm. Members came early, bringing along thier pet tarantulas to be showed among members and also the TV2 interviewer. The second session, held in IBC Studio Angkasapuri (International Broadcasting Centre), was the session where the president was interviewed.

PS: To Mr Munusamy who called in the show during the interview with Randy, garden spiders and tarantulas are indeed very different. The only relevance between the two is that they the clasification Araneae with tarantulas belonging to the sub-family Theraphosidae. In other words, both are spiders but having a significantly differently physical appereance and properties.
